Sugarloaf Dune Plein Air

This is today's plein air effort.  Its the view up Sugarloaf Dune above the Cape Fear River.  It was quite a hike with all my gear to get there.  It is 11x14 oil on stretched canvas.

Farm Pond #1-Plein Air painting

This is a plein air painting that I did a few weeks back when I was in the piedmont. I painted it all on location except for finishing the tree at home because after painting a few hours my canvas was in shadow so I could no longer see it well enough to finish. It is 11"x14", oil on linen panel
